Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is on the way.

 

Shipping Rates

• $12 flat-rate shipping anywhere in Canada

• Free shipping on Canadian orders $150+ (before taxes)

 

Carriers

We use a variety of carriers — including UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, and FedEx — to ensure timely delivery. For local orders within mainland Charlotte County, we may occasionally complete delivery through a Forty Fathoms doorstep drop-off service.

 

Delivery Times

Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your region. Remote or rural areas may take longer.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Canada only. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Canada will be cancelled and refunded.

 

 

5. Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your Forty Fathoms gear! If you’re not happy with your order, you can return unworn, unwashed items (with tags attached) within 30 days of delivery.

 

To start a return, email us at shop@fortyfathoms.ca with your order number.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The fastest way to get the right item is to place a new order while we process your return.
